Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, resumes, qualifications, experience, and other submissions.
5. Employers
Employers may create accounts, post opportunities, review candidate information where permitted, communicate with candidates, and manage postings. Employers are responsible for ensuring that job advertisements are genuine, accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable employment requirements. Fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful opportunities are prohibited.
6. Job Listings and User Content
Users are responsible for information, listings, profiles, messages, documents, and other content submitted to the platform. RozgarOne may remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, are fraudulent or misleading, create a security or privacy risk, harm users, or misuse the platform.
7. No Guarantee of Employment
RozgarOne does not guarantee employment, a specific salary or compensation, the accuracy of every listing or profile, employer response, continued job availability, or a candidate’s suitability. Users must conduct appropriate verification and due diligence before entering an employment relationship or providing sensitive information.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Publishing fake or fraudulent job opportunities, unlawful or misleading content, or misrepresenting identity or organisation.
- Collecting user information for unauthorised purposes or attempting to obtain another user’s credentials.
- Uploading malicious code, gaining unauthorised access, scraping platform data without permission, or violating applicable law.
- Spamming, harassing, threatening, or abusing users, or using the platform in a harmful way unrelated to its intended purpose.
9. Fraud and Suspicious Activities
Use caution when communicating with employers, candidates, recruiters, or other users. RozgarOne is not responsible for losses from transactions, payments, employment arrangements, or communications entered into directly between users, except where required by law. Report suspicious listings, accounts, messages, or activities to us.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the website, branding, design, logos, text, graphics, software, and materials are owned by or used with authorisation by RozgarOne or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected materials without authorisation.
